Emotional Insourcing
Twelve weeks to healthy high performance.
For people who carry a lot. Who want to change a lot. And who are paying for it right now with exhaustion and numbness. With EASE & GROW you learn to use your emotions and your body as a healthy performance instrument — and handle what you handle today with far more ease.
12 weeks · 12 live sessions, 60 min each · small pod · remote · in German · next start January 18, 2027
You're functioning. The calendar is full, the decisions keep coming, and by evening there's less of you left than you'd like to give the people at home. The way you carry it costs more than anyone sees.
Maybe this sounds familiar:
You've known for a long time what you'd need to do. But in the moment that counts, your nervous system decides — faster than your mind can keep up. That's exactly where EASE & GROW comes in.
More ease
Get done what you get done today — with energy left in the evening for the people waiting for you.
More impact
Shape what's ready now — the change in your company, your way with AI, the uncertainty in your team — without wearing yourself down.
Founders and leaders who carry responsibility and intend to keep carrying it.

90 minutes · remote · free
A kick-off and eleven weeks. Sixty minutes live in your pod every week, always on Monday in the same slot.
Week 0
Arrive in your pod. We look at what performance has meant to you so far and what Positive Intelligence changes about it. You bring your challenge: the one thing you want to have changed in twelve weeks. Every tool in the program gets practiced on it.
Weeks 1–7
You learn to spot your saboteurs, starting with the Judge, and to activate your Sage powers: Empathize, Explore, Innovate, Navigate, Activate. Each week adds a body protocol — a short breathing or regulation practice that shifts your state in seconds. Daily practice runs through the PQ app.
Week 8
Leading your own day from a place of self-love. Productivity becomes a question of state. You build your own Power Hour.
Week 9
Change starts with who you're becoming. In a visualization, you meet your future self with your challenge in view. And you look at why things sometimes slide back after real progress.
Week 10
Stepping into hard conversations at work and at home, and leading them well. Regulate first, then speak. Bring a real conversation that's coming up.
Week 11
You pull every body tool together into a protocol of your own. Your challenge takes its place in the closing visualization.
You practise every tool on your own everyday life, in three steps: spot which pattern is taking over, shift your state in seconds, then act differently. Here's what that looks like:
You push yourself harder than anyone else and give yourself the least. A break feels like something you haven't earned yet.
You notice when the driver in you takes over — and you take the break before your body takes it for you.
Weeks 1–2 · Week 8
You know you should hand it over. Then you do it yourself anyway, because it's quicker, or because otherwise it won't be good enough.
You feel the unease when someone else takes over, settle it in seconds — and let go.
Week 2 · Week 9
You know exactly which conversation is coming. You've been putting it off for weeks.
You walk in regulated, clear on what matters to you, and say the first sentence.
Week 3 · Week 10
In a meeting you react more sharply than you meant to — and kick yourself afterwards.
You notice the moment before you react, and choose how you respond.
Weeks 1–7
A change doesn't stick — more exercise, no email in the evening, a new team ritual. The first person to judge you for it is you.
A setback becomes a signal you can read. You find your way back faster.
Week 1 · Week 9
You're off, and your head is still at the office — sometimes at three in the morning. Doing nothing feels like wasted time.
You have a protocol that brings you down in two minutes, and calm no longer feels like a threat.
Week 4 · Week 11
Which of these scenes is yours is up to you. It becomes your challenge.
"When you hear for the first time that the person next to you has the same inner critic, shame dissolves. 'I'm not broken — I'm human.' That is the precondition for everything else."
A small pod of people carrying similar weight. You show up because the others do, and you stay with it when it gets uncomfortable. When one person says it out loud, it opens the door for everyone. What's said in the pod stays in the pod — and nobody shares a pod with their own manager.
In the first seven weeks you go through the Positive Intelligence® Program by Shirzad Chamine — grounded in neuroscience, researched at Stanford University and used in more than 50 countries. We take it further: with the neuroscience and psychology behind every module, a body protocol every week, and concrete protocols for your day-to-day leadership. What changes in your nervous system changes how you decide, how you lead and how you show up in the room.

Sven Zuschlag
Entrepreneur
“Before, I was often tired and felt remote-controlled — so many things drained my energy, and I didn't even understand why. Today I am lighter, clearer, more alive, and I sense a way forward again. My biggest mind-blow: anything can mean anything. Things carry no meaning in themselves — I am the one who gives it to them. Today I can laugh about myself and even celebrate that. My family, my kids, my team, my friends — many of them feel the change in me. If you're a founder looking for someone who won't bury you in methods, but helps you think more clearly, become calmer, and arrive back at yourself — you should talk to Marco.”

“I came in with ten years of therapy behind me and a lot of curiosity — today I'm simply thrilled. EASE & GROW showed me that I'm allowed to love myself and to forgive myself. It reaches all the way into my closest relationships. Marco wants you to grow, and he builds a space where exactly that becomes possible. Of everything I know, this was deeper, more complex and better — and it held more than it promised.”

Christian Chaléat
Entrepreneur
“I went in expecting more loose theory with no workable concept — and I was proven wrong. EASE & GROW is deeply pragmatic, with a remarkable learning curve: you discover things about yourself and finally understand behaviors that had always been a puzzle to you. Today I have hands-on techniques at my fingertips, a more reflective mindset and more composure under pressure — even my children say I've become gentler, with myself and with others. What carries it is the mix of substance and real connection: connection before content. It's the best program I've experienced in 25 years of personal development.”

Markus Junge
Entrepreneur
“I came in under a lot of pressure. Today I'm noticeably calmer. What changed most is how I see the inner conversations we're constantly having with ourselves — they've become steadier and clearer. My two saboteurs, Hyper-Achiever and People-Pleaser, I now see coming before they have me. I use the PQ app every day. And the best part: my wife and I apply this together, in dialogue. Marco is a very considered, calm, highly developed conversation partner — someone I'd happily spend hours with any time. Having him at your side is an asset.”

Sixty minutes a week, on Mondays in your fixed slot. On top of that, up to ten minutes a day of practice and one page a week in the workbook that comes with your weekly briefing.
You keep your edge, and it costs you less wear and tear. Calm is the state where performance gets easier. The calmest person in the room is rarely the weakest.
EASE & GROW is group training. It's grounded in neuroscience and practiced daily. It isn't a substitute for therapy. If something else needs your attention, we'll say so openly.
Because knowing and being able to live in two different places. Your mind gets something the first time you read it. Your nervous system learns through repetition — and in the moment that counts, it decides first. Books, apps and good intentions mostly reach the mind. Here you practise every day, for twelve weeks, in a group and on your own challenge. That's long enough for it to hold up in real life.
The one thing you want to have changed — or solved — in twelve weeks. Something you're carrying today, or a change you get to shape. You draft it before kick-off and sharpen it in your pod. For example: the conversation with your co-founder that's been waiting for months. Handing over an area you can't let go of. Actually arriving at home in the evening.
Your challenge. At the start, halfway and before the close, you rate for yourself how heavy it feels today, from 0 to 10, alongside your saboteur map. Often the people around you notice first.
Both. The week-10 module explicitly covers leadership, partnership and children. In the first group the effect at home was the strongest: partners, children and friends often noticed the change before the participants themselves did.
Yes. Just add your employer's billing address when you book. Your company won't see anything you share in the pod, in the workbook or with your companion.
After week 3, you decide whether to keep going. If not, just write to us by Sunday. You'll get your money back minus €250 for the PQ license — and you keep the briefings you've received.
It stays in the group. Confidentiality is the first agreement in every pod, and nobody shares a pod with their own manager. Your conversations with the companion live in your own AI account — we never see them.
It happens. You'll get the content and practice from that session, and we'll catch up on the essentials next time. If a session falls on a Monday public holiday, we meet on Tuesday at the same time.
The first group starts on Monday, January 18, 2027. After that, a new group begins every month except in summer and December. Bookings close 14 days before each kick-off.
