What is Emotional Insourcing?
- Emotional Insourcing is a movement and coaching approach for founders, CEOs and top leaders who want to change the world without burning out.
- The term is a deliberate counter to the “emotional outsourcing” megatrend: instead of outsourcing the ability to lead with our emotions, we bring it back in-house.
- Two foundations: the body as the central regulation system, and meaning-making as the mental tool. Emotions want to be felt, not analyzed.
- Founded by Marco Pasini (Head Coach, certified PQ Pro Coach). Live since June 2026.

Offers & prices
- Discovery Workshop: Experience it first. Then decide. Free, 90 minutes, remote, every two weeks, a small group, no recording. Optional preparation via the Insourcing Check. Guided exercises and a workshop briefing afterwards with diagrams, body protocol, three questions and challenge template. Your challenge bridges the workshop to EASE & GROW.
- Insourcing Check: free self-assessment, about 12 minutes, no email required.
- EASE & GROW: twelve weeks (kick-off plus eleven weeks), 12 live sessions of 60 minutes in a small pod, remote, on Mondays, in German. Positive Intelligence® with body protocols plus four modules, a weekly briefing and a digital workbook. Your challenge and saboteur map are tracked at the start, halfway and at the close. Pods start from six bookings. After week 3, you can exit by Sunday: a refund minus €250 for the PQ license; you keep the briefings received. €2,490 excl. 19% VAT (€2,963.10 incl. VAT). Places can be reserved now; starts January 18, 2027.
