The Conscious Leaders Circle is not a course, not a coaching program, and not a mastermind group. It is a protected room in which leaders who have already worked with Emotional Insourcing keep their emotional practice alive — together, accompanied by Marco as Head Coach.
Why? Emotional work is not a one-time event. Without a room in which we look inward regularly, we slip back into old patterns more easily. The Circle is the gym for emotional resilience — a place you go because you can. Or because the date is set and others are there.
